Method and assessment

Big Idea, Minto pyramid, narrative arcs and observation/interpretation/recommendation separation. Useful narrative companion to the presentation skill.

Limitations

Requires sibling visualization guidance for charts. Its narrative reference misattributes the Big Idea test to Knaflic, while its presenter reference explicitly corrects that attribution to Duarte. Evaluate numeric rules as defaults, not universal research findings.
