## Findings

The inspected storyline skill makes each slide title a complete claim and tests the title sequence as a story. The critic checks structure, source support, fair comparisons, financial implications and actionable next steps. Its pipeline separates narrative, build, critique and revision roles. These are useful planning and review components for the Knauf talk. The templates and generic commercial examples should not become required slide counts or unsupported numbers.

Best broad McKinsey-style workflow reference in this targeted search; use planning and critique selectively.

## Limits

Community implementation, not official McKinsey guidance. Template slide counts and market-strategy patterns need adaptation. Native PPTX pipeline uses python-pptx; host production constraints take precedence. No runtime or quality benchmark performed.
