## Findings

The inspected skill separates brief.md, outline.json, content.json and rendered output. It requires source entries for slides and actual JSON gate results for content/render checks. This gives a concrete artifact handoff and QA model. The implementation emphasizes consistent consulting-style layouts and engine constraints; it does not establish the correctness of the argument or supply an official McKinsey methodology.

## Assessment

A design and rendering reference rather than the first choice for analytical presentation planning.

## Limits

WorkBuddy-specific paths and task APIs, Python-pptx engine, and predominantly Chinese skill instructions require adaptation. Timing, layout quotas and title-length checks are heuristics; machine layout gates cannot validate the underlying claims. Not executed.
